Let the madness begin! This holiday shopping season we will be pitting 64 top online retailers against each other in head–to–head battles of website performance. With over $39 billion at stake1, it’s vital that retailers deliver good online experiences to their customers.
The shopper’s experience starts with the homepage. Gomez has selected 64 top retail homepages, in four categories (apparel, electronics, mass merchants, and specialty retailers,) to compete in a single–elimination tournament style bracket to determine who is the fastest, most available, and most consistent retailer.
